Consulting + Development
Our consultants implement new & upgraded software, analyze requirements, configure systems, provide training & support, and aid in user adoption.
They collaborate with our dev team to create & maintain software by analyzing, coding, testing, debugging, and deploying applications.
Sales + Marketing
The Sales team builds & maintains client & partner relationships. They conduct product meetings, negotiates deals, and secures sales through contract agreements.
They work closely with our Marketing team which develops strategies and executes promotional campaigns to attract customers & build brand awareness.
Managed Cloud Services
The MCS team delivers proactive IT services & support, proactively monitoring & managing clients’ infrastructure including hardware, software, networks, and security
They handle system monitoring, troubleshooting, updates, data backups, and cybersecurity, ensuring smooth and secure operations for clients.
Customer Success + STAT
The Customer Success & STAT teams collaborate closely with customers, understanding their needs, offering support, and enabling them to achieve desired outcomes from their product or service.
Their ultimate goal is to foster long-term relationships and drive customer retention.
Project Management
Our project managers are responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and successful completion of our implementations.
They coordinate and manage all aspects of the project, including defining project scope, setting goals and timelines, allocating resources, and coordinating communication.
Help Desk + Support
The Support department is responsible for providing technical assistance and support to users of our applications.
They handle inquiries, troubleshooting, and resolutions related to the software’s functionality, usage, and technical problems.
