SAP Crystal Reports ERP Integration
Crystal Reports, developed by SAP, is a business intelligence tool that enables users to design and generate detailed, data-driven reports from a variety of data sources, including Microsoft SQL Server, Oracle and more. The ODBC (open database connectivity) driver gives direct access to your integrated ERP data and provides read-only access for other applications, including MS Word, Excel and Access. Users can also automatically schedule report generation and distribution and deliver these in various formats, such as a PDF or spreadsheet, as well as submit reports via email or make them accessible through a web portal.
Sage 100 & Crystal Reports
Crystal Reports enables Sage 100 users to create custom, data-driven reports directly from your ERP system. With this integration, you can:
- Create presentation-quality reports from Sage 100 ERP data using SAP Crystal Decisions software
- Access a variety of sample reports included with Sage 100 ERP, which can be modified and saved for future use
- Build reports that reflect fields directly from your Sage ERP modules, such as Accounts Payable, Inventory Management, Job Cost and Sales Order
- Enhance layouts with lines, borders, and shading, and incorporate images, diagrams and logos to enrich reports
