Timekeeper saves your company a lot. It saves you money, because the program’s remote and Web entry screens do not take up Sage User Licenses, and it saves your time because your employees have the ability to enter their time and expenses any time and anywhere. Managers save time too. When employees use the Web Entry screen, managers have instant access to employee time/expense information. Want to make work fly by? Timekeeper can be integrated with several Sage 100 ERP modules, including Accounts Receivable, Job Cost, Payroll, Sales Order, Time and Billing, and Time and Billing Professional. These six module integrations make for six ways that Timekeeper saves you time at work and makes your life easier.
Use Timekeeper with:
Accounts Receivable
When Timekeeper is integrated with Accounts Receivable, time-entry data is posted to Accounts Receivable’s Invoice Data Entry, which allows your company to bill clients for time-based projects.
Job Cost
When Timekeeper is integrated with Job Cost, time-entry data is posted to Job Cost’s Job Posting Entry, which allows your company to accurately determine the cost of a project.
If Accounts Receivable is integrated with Job Cost (and vice versa), Timekeeper data will be available in both modules. As a result, time entries will be posted to Accounts Receivable’s Invoice Data Entry with the Job Cost data. This means you can finally eliminate duplicate data-entry in these modules!
Payroll
When Timekeeper is integrated with Payroll, time-entry data is posted to Payroll’s Data Entry, which allows your company to print accurate payroll checks, thank goodness.
Timekeeper posts applicable time entries to every integrated module—eliminating your need for duplicate data entry
You can integrate Timekeeper with any of the other modules, as well as with Payroll. If you integrate Timekeeper with Accounts Receivable, Accounts Receivable with Job Cost, Sales Order, Time and Billing (or Time and Billing Professional) and Payroll, you can also include Job Cost data when Timekeeper posts time entries to Payroll. Are you seeing how much time you’ll save on data-entry when you use Timekeeper?
Sales Order
When Timekeeper is integrated with Sales Order, time-entry data is posted to Sales Order’s Invoice Data Entry, which allows your company to create accurate sales invoices.
Time and Billing
When Timekeeper is integrated with Time and Billing, time-entry data is posted to Time and Billing’s Time and Expense Entry feature, which allows your company to create accurate billing invoices for time-based projects.
Time and Billing Professional
When Timekeeper is integrated with Time and Billing Professional (T2), time-entry data is posted to T2’s Time and Expense Entry feature, which, again, allows your company to create accurate billing invoices for time-based projects.
When you integrate Timekeeper with all these Sage 100 ERP modules, you’ll spend less time entering data, and more time growing your business and increasing your revenues. Isn’t it time you started keeping your business’s limited time for real work?
