If you’re running Sage ERP X3, you’re probably a mid-sized to large company that either has multiple locations, multi-currency needs, or both. If your company has multi-currency needs, that means that your sales team is selling and quoting prices in other currencies, but are they doing this in the most effective way possible? Today’s post will help your team display alternate currencies from any screen in Sage ERP X3 using a fast and easy keyboard shortcut.
Currency Display in Sage ERP X3
When you are in any screen in Sage ERP X3, the default currency you see is what your company primarily sells in. To view other currencies, follow these easy steps:
- Select the currency box on your screen. (Here at SWK Technologies, our currency box says “USD”.)
- Once you select your currency box, press Ctrl+F9.
- A pop-up window will appear on your screen, prompting you to enter your desired currency
- Press “OK”.
- The amounts displayed on your screen will reflect the new currency.
Good news! This is not only easy, it’s also temporary. As soon as you navigate away from the page you are on, your screen currencies will revert to your default currency, meaning that you don’t have to reset this after every sales call.
